  Cinema   The first to appear is the cone-shaped beam ,  Semi-diameter vary with the drone of motor .f rom two cement holes like loopholes . N oise of crowds and rising darkness One or two drunkards stagger along gasping . Someone switch on the electric torch Someone bury his head between knees   Spit out his last acrid smoke In primary school we went to see film together Always sang songs before the film began , I just moved my lips without giving sound Like a meditator suddenly fall into stormy applause Embarrassed and surprised . I was secretly in love with a tall girl , Who was from the country , Cunning and sociable She was late , Gasping in the darkness Coming up to my side , Sat down heavily Putting her soft hot hand on my leg “Who is this?”  I kept silent , staring straight at the screen as if freezing . the hand was taken back her eyes soon adapted to the darkness , then she found other girls . whispers and giggles followed but I could not concentrate ...

 马永波，男，1964年生，文学博士，自1986年以来出版了70多部原创和译著。他是研究英美后现代主义诗歌的杰出学者，是迪金森、惠特曼、史蒂文斯、庞德、威廉姆斯、阿什贝利和《白鲸》的中文译者。目前，他是中国南京理工大学文学院教授。 Ma Yongbo was born in 1964, Ph.D. He has published over seventy original works and translations since 1986. He is a leading scholar in Anglo-American postmodernist poetry, the Chinese translator of Dickinson,Whitman, Stevens, Pound,Williams, Ashbery and Moby Dick. Currently, he is a professor at the Faculty of Arts and Literature at Nanjing University of Science and Technology in China.
